CARTHAGE, Ill. On Thursday, July 10, Representative Norine Hammond (R-Macomb) and State Senator Neil Anderson (R-Andalusia) will hold a free Senior Expo in Carthage. The event will take place Thursday, July 10 from 9 a.m. to noon at Carthage Primary School, 600 Miller St., and will feature a number of local healthcare and elder services providers.
