On May 26, 2022, Robert R. Richie died in Quincy, Illinois. None of his family members knew of his illness or death. Woodland Cemetery in Quincy, Illinois will hold military honors services on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 11:00, and family and friends are welcome to attend.Robert C. and Myrtle A. Richie were the parents of Mr. Richie, who was born in Quincy, Illinois, on November 12, 1949. He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War.Robert’s parents, three brothers—Bobby West, Jack Richie, and Jerry Richie—and his nephew, Brian Richie, all passed away before him.Many nephews and nieces, as well as a large number of great nephews and great nieces, are among the survivors.
