Quincy Sara Reuschel departed to take a job at the Tracy Family Foundation, and Jared Holbrook will now lead the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools Foundation.
On July 21, Holbrook took over the position. He will be in charge of overseeing the foundation’s operations, spearheading its fundraising initiatives, and collaborating with the QCES Board to further the organization’s goal of improving Catholic education.
In his capacity as Executive Director, Holbrook brings a lifetime dedication to the local Catholic community along with a solid foundation in communications, fundraising, and leadership, according to a news release.
He provides expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and relationship-building. By helping families with tuition assistance and empowering teachers with classroom grants, Holbrook is committed to furthering the Foundation’s goal of increasing access to Catholic education while maintaining the focus on kids, instructors, and the future of Catholic schools.
Jake Scholz, the president of the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools Foundation’s board of directors, expressed his excitement about Jared’s joining the organization. He will be a great asset in leading the Foundation because of his background, leadership abilities, and enthusiasm for Catholic education. We have no doubt that, under his leadership, we will keep bolstering our assistance to our schools and students.
Taking on this position with the Quincy Catholic Elementary Schools Foundation makes me feel humbled and proud. “It is very personal to me that we are working to support our teachers through the QCES Foundation’s teacher grant program and to make Catholic education available to all families,” Holbrook stated. Building on the solid foundation that has already been established and collaborating with our giving community to support the success of our students, schools, and teachers excites me.
