Missouri’s Hannibal. Mandy McAllister joined the gastrointestinal staff at Hannibal Regional Medical Group recently.

McAllister has been practicing gastroenterology in the area for a number of years after graduating from Maryville University with a nursing degree. The diagnosis, management, and prevention of digestive system illnesses and disorders are the main goals of a gastroenterology practitioner.

After seeing numerous family members impacted by comparable ailments, McAllister decided to concentrate in gastroenterology and hepatology since she found it fulfilling to assist patients.

“I have a particular place in my heart for the specialties of gastroenterology and hepatology because many of my family members have been affected by related diseases,” McAllister stated in a press statement. I think every patient should receive the same level of care that I would give my own family. To ensure that every patient feels informed about their health and how to maintain a great quality of life, I am passionate about taking the time to give comprehensive patient education.

The distinctive and encouraging culture is the reason McAllister decided to join the Hannibal Regional team.

She claimed that having leadership that genuinely cares about their team members is special and encouraging. In a healthcare company, having a voice is crucial to delivering high-quality care and concentrating on the patient’s health to help them get better. Working for a company that shares my goals and values was only logical.

Helping patients is the most fulfilling part of my work. I take great satisfaction in establishing a foundation of trust with every patient. I can use the abilities and knowledge I’ve gained over my career to provide specialized treatment because of this trustworthy relationship.
