Adams County Bicentennial finale to spotlight sponsors with special recognition and VIP experience

Adams County, Illinois. In addition to commemorating 200 years of history, tradition, and camaraderie, the Adams County Bicentennial finale celebration, which will take place at the Adams County Fairgrounds on Saturday, September 6, will also pay tribute to the kind sponsors whose contributions have enabled the year-long Bicentennial celebrations.

We extend an invitation to all who have not yet sponsored to participate in this momentous event, which is your last chance to take part in a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of 200 years of Adams County history and civic pride.

Recognition of the bicentennial sponsors will play a significant role in the day’s events, providing sponsors with:

  • Special reserved parking near the VIP tent.
  • Access to the VIP tent beginning at 2 p.m., with refreshments and a meal sponsored by Kohl Foods at 4 p.m.
  • Direct access to premium front-row seating for all arena/grandstand entertainment, including the Beach Boys concert.
  • A special video salute to Bicentennial sponsors during the evening program.

Sponsors of the finale event will also benefit from:

  • Reserved premium location parking.
  • Access to the VIP tent and meal service identical to Bicentennial sponsors.
  • Front-row access to all evening programs from the VIP Tent area.
  • Recognition during the Bicentennial Sponsor Recognition Video.

John and Linda Grove, members of the Bicentennial Commission, stated in a press release that the extraordinary generosity and commitment of our sponsors would not be possible without this Bicentennial celebration. Their stake is in Adams County’s pride, history, and future, not just in a single event. We are overjoyed to honor them in a manner that truly captures the contributions they have made to this historic year.

A car display, children’s area, makers market, live music, fireworks, and a balloon glow are just a few of the free family-friendly events that will take place during the Bicentennial finale. Tickets for the Beach Boys live performance are available at www.adamsco200.org, and admission to the fairgrounds is free.
