The Journey Back: VR exhibit returns to Quincy Public Library

Published On:

Quincy The Journey Back: A VR Experience, an immersive virtual reality exhibit borrowed from the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center, is back at the Quincy Public Library. Available from 2 p.m. on August 9 through August 23, this virtual reality exhibit gives visitors a novel way to interact with Holocaust history through storytelling and technology.

Children ages 12 and younger should not utilize the virtual reality technology in The Journey Back, according to the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center. Visitors 13 years of age and older can view the exhibit at the Quincy Public Library, but those under the age of 18 should have an adult accompany them.

The Journey Back is a customizable experience because it includes three new videos in addition to the two from the previous year.

For reservations and more details about the show, call the library at 217-223-1309 or send an email to [email protected].
