As part of its year-long celebration of 75 years of service, Memorial Hospital in CARTHAGE, Illinois, has announced a unique community event that will take place on Saturday, September 27, from 3 to 8 p.m. on the Memorial Hospital campus, located at 1454 N. County Road 2050.
With a range of family-friendly activities like games, face painting, bouncy houses, and a petting zoo, the event will bring together hospital personnel, families, and community members for an afternoon of fun and camaraderie. A water lantern festival and glow walk around the lake will mark the end of the festivities.
Local companies and groups are being invited to participate as vendors by Memorial Hospital. Vendors who are interested can sign up at https://form.jotform.com/251316916203046.
Details about the vendor:
- Each vendor will be allotted a 10-foot space around the lake
- Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs
- Electricity will not be available
- Setup begins at 1 p.m. and must be completed by 2:45 p.m.
- Children s activities will conclude at 6 p.m.; vendor tear down may occur anytime between 6 and 8 p.m.
- A short presentation will take place at 6 p.m. followed by the water lantern festival.
