Quincy The Salvation Army and Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club have teamed up once more to provide a fun afternoon of summer activities at Camp Saukenauk with the Ken Bigelow Kid’s Day. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. is when the kids’ day will take place. Ages 5–12, Thursday, June 26. When registering, a $5 refundable deposit is required.
Capt. Linnea Forney stated in a press release that every youngster should have the opportunity to create lifelong summer experiences. We’re ensuring that no child is left out of the fun of Camp Saukenauk’s adventures thanks to the collaboration between The Salvation Army and the Quincy Noon Kiwanis Club.
There will be a BBQ, swimming, row boating, fishing, hiking, and refreshments.
There will be transportation from The Kroc Center. In order to depart, participants must arrive at The Kroc Center by 8 a.m.
