Paint Quincy Purple on June 28 to support Brain Awareness Month

Quincy On Saturday, June 28, in honor of Brain Awareness Month, the Quincy community is encouraged to join the battle against Alzheimer’s disease by taking part in Paint Quincy Purple.

In order to show support for persons impacted by Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia, the community is asked to wear purple. Numerous nearby companies will be taking part by holding fundraising events and giving guests the opportunity to win a prize basket full of goods donated by participating businesses, worth over $250.

On Saturday, June 28, visit any of these places to learn more about how to help the Alzheimer’s Association’s goal to promote research and offer care and support for individuals impacted by the disease, as well as to enter the prize drawing.
